Bill Cosby (seen as Dr. Heathcliff “Cliff” Huxtable in “The Cosby Show”) reportedly testified about the out-of-town and “financially not doing well” woman he wanted from a New York modeling agency during the peak of the show’s popularity.

Bill Cosby knew the exact type of vulnerable young beauty he wanted from a New York modeling agency during his “Cosby Show” heyday.

She should be from out of town and “financially not doing well,” he testified in a disturbing new section of a decade-old deposition obtained by the Washington Post.

Cosby recruited the wide-eyed young fashion models from New York model agent Sue Charney – gaining introductions to 20 or 30 young women this way, he reportedly testified.

“Oh wow. I was one of them,” former model Jewel Allison told the Daily News Thursday. “He just ordered 20 or 30 models from Sue Charney like he was ordering Chinese food,” she gasped.

“You don’t order human beings like that. You don’t summon young women and girls to your home or dressing room for sexual exploitation,” she said. “This is not a joke. We’re not Barbie dolls for him to play with.”

Allison first stepped forward last November in an exclusive interview with The News. She said the comedian slipped something into her wine during a meeting at his New York brownstone in the late 1980s and then sexually assaulted her.

Jewel Allison (l.) and Janice Dickinson (r.) claim to have been drugged and sexually assaulted by Cosby in the 1980s.

“If he really was asking (Charney) for girls from out of town or girls without much money, that sounds pretty predatory to me,” she said Thursday. “That sounds like he’s looking for vulnerable young woman that he felt he could impress in order to place them in situations in which he could benefit in a sexual manner.”

Cosby testified that he wanted the young women to dine with him privately in his dressing room at “The Cosby Show,” the Washington Post reported.

The meals were like “a present” for the naïve newcomers and something that helped Charney keep them as clients, Cosby reportedly testified.

“It’s a very, very good meal, probably better than anything they’ve had the time that they’re in New York,” Cosby boasted in the deposition, according to the Washington Post.

Allison said it “hurts very much” to think Charney went along with Cosby’s creepy requests.

“It doesn’t matter where you’re from or how much money you have when it comes to your modeling or acting ability,” she said. “To even consider the possibility that maybe my agent who I loved and trusted knew or just turned her back to what could possibly be a dangerous situation for all of us, it’s very upsetting to me,” she said.

Charney, now dead, also worked with TV personality Janice Dickinson and Jennifer Thompson, models who also have accused Cosby of sexual assault.

Thompson was 17 years old when she met Cosby through Charney in 1988 and later became Jane Doe No. 2 in Temple University basketball manager Andrea Constand’s sexual assault lawsuit filed against Cosby in 2005.

The Cosby deposition obtained in its entirety by the Washington Post was taken by Constand’s lawyer in 2005 and 2006 in Pennsylvania.

In a previously published section of the transcript, Cosby testified that Constand had a “glow” after one of their interactions.

The comedian reportedly testified that modeling agency owner Sue Charney (pictured) introduced him to between 20 and 30 aspiring models, but her sister does not believe she knew anything about Cosby's alleged abuse.Facebook

The 78-year-old “got away with it because he was hiding behind the image of Cliff Huxtable,” according to Allison.

When Allison first told her story to The News last year, she said Cosby ejaculated on her and then told her to look in a mirror to admire her own “glow.”

Allison said she lost her breath when she recently read he used the same “glow” line on Constand.

“Cleary this is another pattern with him. This is something he says after he rapes or assaults women,” she said Thursday.

Thompson, meanwhile, went public with her name and story in March, claiming Cosby lured her to his house and pressured her to give him a hand job.

In his deposition, Cosby admitted to the sexual contact but said it was consensual, the Washington Post reported.

Dickinson declined to speak to The News Thursday citing her pending defamation lawsuit against Cosby in Los Angeles. Her lawyer said the deposition remarks about Sue Charney only support Dickinson’s story.

“Every new bit of deposition testimony released corroborates the accusations that Ms. Dickinson and 46 other women have made against him. In light of this, how dare he publicly vilify Ms. Dickinson and call her a liar?” lawyer Lisa Bloom said in a statement to The News.

“We look forward to our day in court to prove who the liar really is,” she said.

“I don’t think she knew what was going on,” Charney’s sister, Alice Opell, told the Washington Post on Wednesday. “She did it as a courtesy he requested, that the models attend the taping,” Opell said.
