Oh, Bey Bey!

Beyoncé stunned at the Met Gala in New York City on Monday night and is still the talk of the town two days later. Aside from her barely-there gown with strategically place bedazzled embroidery covering her private areas, the buzz is about how banging her body looked.

So what’s behind Queen Bey’s fit physique?

In addition to a consistent workout regimen, the 33-year-old singer credits the work of her nutritionist Marco Borges, the man behind the 22-day vegan challenge, whose book “The 22-Day Revolution” was released April 28.

“I remember being on so many different diets, and Marco coming up with really creative ways to help me with my diet so I didn’t feel like I was depriving myself,” the “Flawless” singer recently told the “Today” show.

“It’s beyond humbling. It’s the most humbling experience of my life,” Borges told the Daily News Wednesday about Beyoncé’s praises and how she’s essentially become living proof that his program works.

“The reality is that when anyone believes you in, believes in your dreams, believes in your mission, it’s extremely flattering and the greatest act of kindness and support,” he continued. “When that friend happens to be an international superstar it leaves you speechless.”

Her jaw-dropping Givenchy gown at Monday’s “China: Through the Looking Glass” Costume Institute Benefit Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art left many speechless. Riccardo Tisci custom made the skin-colored illusion tulle evening dress that featured an open back and transparent train, showing off her “Bootylicious” curves.

Beyoncé and her husband Jay Z first took the 22-day vegan challenge in 2013 and it’s since changed their outlook on food consumption, something they share with friends still, two years later.

“Jay and B decided they wanted to take the 22-day vegan challenge. They came to me and said ‘We’d love to do your 22-day vegan challenge. It would be fun, it would be cool, it would be like a spiritual cleanse. And we’d love to share it with our friends,'” Borges recalled “And I thought, ‘Wow! Oh my god. Mind blowing!'”

“On December 3rd, one day before my 44th birthday I will embark on a 22 Days challenge to go completely vegan, or as I prefer to call it, plant-based!!” the Brooklyn-born rapper wrote in a blog post on his Life + Times website at the time.

“There’s something spiritual to me about it being my 44th birthday and the serendipity behind the number of days in this challenge; 22 (2=2=4) coupled with the fact that the challenge ends on Christmas day,” HOV added. “It just feels right!”

While Beyoncé initially took the challenge in support of her husband, she’s since fallen in love with the plant-based diet and has kept it going, although they did return to eating certain meats while incorporating the new food trends they adopted from the program.

“The beauty of the program is that while it’s a 22-day program what ends up happening is that these newly formed habits have much more far-reaching benefits than just the 22-days,” Borges explained. “You’re obviously going to lose weight over the course of the 22 days and you’re going to feel better, eat better, have better digestion and clearer skin and your energy level is going to go up. All these amazing things are going to happen but unlike most diets, beyond the 23rd day you’re still reaping the benefits of it.

“So even if you go back to eating chicken and fish and some of the foods you’re used to eating, you’ve acquired these newly formed habits that are allowing you to implement more plant-based foods in your diet,” Borges told The News.

Another beautiful outcome of hip-hop’s royal couple taking the challenge is how they shared the news with friends, family and fans. That word of mouth opened up a surprising opportunity for the trio, who “work very closely together,” Borges said.

“When they shared it with their friends, everyone across the board had so many beautiful things to say,” he recalled. “The one underlying thing that was exactly the same across the board was, ‘It’s amazing but it would be so much easier if you could send me the meals.'”

The high demand for ready-made vegan meals was more than Borges or Jay and Bey could have ever imagined.

“It was serendipitous,” Borges said about the creation of the vegan home-delivery meal service, 22 Days Nutrition, they launched in January.

“B, Jay and I talked about it and they were like, ‘Yea this is a great idea.’ So I got into the kitchen and I started working on recipes and started developing the program and a year later we launched it,” he said. “It was as simple as that. It was us filling a demand in the marketplace.”

Aside from aiming to acquire Beyoncé’s curvaceous frame, or other celebs who have taken the challenge like Jennifer Lopez, Borges boasted about the countless benefits a vegan lifestyle can provide anyone.

“We know that a plant-based diet has all of these remarkable benefits. You’re going to have weight loss, reduce risk of heart disease, diabetes, certain types of cancer, stroke, dementia, Alzheimer’s, you’re reducing inflammation in the body, which is ultimately the underlying cause of all age related diseases,” he told The News. “You’re arming yourself with the habits you need to live a healthier lifestyle.”
